The article focuses on the analysis of migration in the Czech Republic from several perspectives. A portion of the analysis is dedicated to illegal migration in the Czech Republic, including its structure, main migration routes, and illegal transit migration. It also examines the administrative expulsion of foreigners from the territory of the Czech Republic during the period under review. A comparative study of migration status in relation to the war in Ukraine has focused on the number of refugees entering the Czech Republic, illegal entries, and legal residence of Ukrainian citizens in the Czech Republic, the impacts of migration on internal security and public order, and the state's approach to migration in connection with the refugee
influx.
